Ive only been doing cable machines and never used dumbbells much as it has been intimidating also cuz thats the one section always full lol, so seeing all your videos on different body parts really help in giving me an idea of the forms and techniques. Thanks bro!

so i got a question bro cause i do lower then upper then lower on my days so does back workout/chest/arms should be hit on same day? since its considered a upper body or do you hit a full day of arms and chest then do back and shoulders on another upperday
