I'm starting this now I'm not flexible at all
I'll keep you monthly updated
Hi, in the last stretch of level 2 you say we're not going for hip flexibility, what do you mean? we dont need hip flexibility to do the side splits? thankyou
So how does your "learn the splits in one month" video compare to this. Which one should i do. Should i do the 1 month video and see what level im at afterwards?
Exactly what I needed! I am a 34 year old man who have rediscovered my passion for Tae Kwon Do that I had in my youth! My splits are gone and I haven't been in the game for 10 years or so! I got to a split without really thinking when I was young, I stretched when I was in the Tae Kwon Do club. Now I want to get my splits back, since most of my techniques are back and I do stretch regularly. But I had no program, now finally my prayers have been answered! And all I need to train Tae Kwon Do is space, and I have that! So I will certainly get my red belt back and considering quarantine lasts for a while, I might jump right to black belt when I get back!!! It depends on how consistent I am and how well I develop technical skill on my own!
Background music is very depressing dude I had to log off
i tried this programme but i couldn't continue because i felt bored from doing same thing every day
so how can i enjoy this programme ?
thank you
Hi there, I am 50 and never did side or front splits. Will I reach this goal ever in my age?
If I'm a total beginner, should I be able to do lvl 2 after 4 weeks of following lvl 1? and go up one level each month basicly?
Is it okay to stretch like 5-8hours before working out? I can't do it after
I bought your program. Thank you.
Thanks for program
It’s great
Going to do that
I am an average flexible guy and progresses pretty fast. Can i start doing from level 3 or so.

Emmanuel

Doing progress thanks to you!! Great video with good exercises!! 👏🙌🌟
is it bad to stretch every day??
I can do the splits only after i stretch my muscles for 10mins but
other than that I can't come anywhere near that please tell me why
thanks cause i did it
running , 20-30 squads walking lungs , kicks , rotation legs , knee running
"Free" training sheet. You shouldn't claim it's free if you charge 4.99 after all anyways
When can i move on to the next level ? Is it necessary after for weeks ?
Thank you
Apart from the good titorials I admire youre Honesty. Thanks
I lost my splits when I didn't stretch for a year when i was 13-14 and I've been stuck at 4 inches every since no matter if i stretched once a week or 5 times a week, now in my 30's I'm gonna give this a go, level 11-12.
if i chose to run as a warm up what Will be the duration?

that porn background musik tho 😉
+JF really enjoying this and the bodyweight progs. thanks!
Turns out, I am in lvl 8 at the very beginning. xD
I subscribed just because you were willing to take your own time to pass on your knowledge.
Its not so hard to reach your toes when you have short legs to arms/torso ratio.
I've been doing pilates for a year and an half and the last 6 months I started doing yoga to, so Iìm familiar to at least the first levels. What should I do to increase my flexibility? Should I start from an advanced level or maybe I can do the first levels together since I don't find them difficult?
Tank you very much for the free download of your method ! I like the levels so it's really motivating. 🌹
I'm doing strength training 4 times a week and trying to stretch for two, three months now. from the looks of the video I should start with level 4, 5 but my question is, should I mix this stretching and my strength exercises? I mean of course right after my workout I will stretch much better than in the morning so I'm wondering if it recommended?
Hey guys! Where can I get the program?
so it will take me a year until i reach the 12th level right ??
Great did! Although, most of your terms were wrong
Is it possible for a man of 40 years following his exercises to do the splits?
where are that sheets avaliable
Very good for the beginners!
Dude, i've been looking to several Flexibility guides for beginners to accomplish my splits, and your methods are the ones that have had more effect on my progress. Since i am not flexible; i am progressing really slow. However, i am happy that at least i am get some progress now.
Thanks for the video.
