I downloaded the free guide from the link. It contains things like HIIT and caloric deficit etc. However i still couldnt find the list of exercises for each categories that you've mentioned in the video. Am i missing some steps or should search it through your other videos?

I'm starting my 2023 early with a planet fitness membership, starting with some basics from your channel and others, my plan in a year is get to 250, I believe thats a good place for me considering my height. if I get lower, then that's ok!

Hey Brix, I appreciate you man, I just wanna vent out my thoughts and this seems like a safe space to do that. I need to lose about 80-100 lbs, I have had plenty of attempts in my life, and some success, I've lost 5 stone 5 times and I'm only 28, I'm the definition of a yoyo dieter.
I've started again this week, I'm 4 days in at the moment and I haven't failed yet, Thursday and Sunday are my gym days as I don't want to lose it too quick so I can manage my loose skin the best I can.
I have a severe intimidation to the weight area in my gym as I go the gym on my own, a gym partner is not an option for me, I'm also a rookie to the weight area, I have an understanding of what to do but the anxiety of being there causes me to quit, I think it all comes from my low self-esteem, I don't want to look like the lost fat guy I guess.
Do you have any advice for over coming this? Or anyone else in this comment section? I'd appreciate all your thoughts.

How come you don't have loose skin?
For anyone that has successfully done this… do you do anything in between the full body workouts? Like lite cardio, walks…? Or you just rest?
