Real fruit juice is LOADED with calories and carbs. A lot of your "fruit drinks" actually have fewer calorie and carbs than real fruit juice. It's best to not assume and actually read the label.

Exercise to stay healthy and functional but don't stress about chasing something as pointless as visible and. Its fucking miserable and a very forced practice. There are also side effects to being shredded that are not fun at all.

Eliminate needless sugar intake like soda and junk food. Ok for juice and yogurt and stuff, if you need the energy. Snack on carrots and super healthy foods when you just want to munch on something. And for the ab workout, do anything but do it HARD. If you hammer your abs consistently and eat right, the abs simply have to come.
