Did this workout last week for consecutive 5 days, every superset till the feeling of exertion, IT felt great. But is 5 days a week enough??
Can you do how to pull ups?
Trainers often suggest regressing pushups by doing them from your knees, I think a good, probably better regression pushup method is to do them with hands on a raised surface..e.g. step..or even against a wall.
