hey guys…exercises are good and completely fair enough to follow up, I just need some suggestion form you guys, I’m 40, 100kgs and Im newly to exercises so I have follow up with 2 videos of yours at time being which is a standing exercises and a sitting exercises, so I just want to ask is both exercises doing at same time just between some break like 15mins or 30mins break during both the videos is fine or should I just follow on to 1 video or break both the exercises to day(standing) and night(sitting)?I be waiting for a positive response, thank you
