Oh my gosh!!! I loved this!! I exercise with you at least 2 or 3x every week. At 56 I usually modify a few areas to raise my workout to between a 4 and a 6. Today the only thing I did different was all my skis were single glide haha!! Then you threw in burpees, jacks and push ups. Wow!! My last burpees looked more like bunny hops, but I made it. You are amazing proof if we keep moving it we won't lose it. A year ago I could not do jumping jacks. Not because I was overweight or even inactive. I think my muscles just forgot how. Sounds dumb, but I had to concentrate really hard to even do a couple. Thanks to you and Adriene Mischler's yoga I now do them with ease. You surely are a blessing. Sorry for the ramble, but I did not expect this workout to be like this and am amazed I did it. Thank you!!
This was an interesting boot camp cardio workout. I didn't even see the floor part coming but I was able to do the mountain climbers and some other moves. I really worked up a good sweat. Thank you Coach Paul.
I learned today that my upper body strength is VERY weak lol I guess I have something to focus on! 😀

Oh wow. I think my pushup days are over. I had to do it the modified version. Even though I workout daily, things are alot harder at 61, than they were 14 years ago! Thanks for the trip down memory lane! ❤

Oh my Paul so much energy. I prefer low impact workouts but I have exercised for so long I was able to make most high impact moves into lower impact moves. I'm sure I will feel this tomorrow.
I went into this thinking if it gets too crazy, I’m going to pull back. Well…💃🏾 doing my happy dance because I made it through! I didn’t spring off the floor like you did. I came up more gracefully 😆.
