Belly fat day or leg day.
Great workout! I do three sets. Big question: any idea (roughly) how many calories are burned with one, two, and/or three sets of all? By three sets, I mean doing the whole thing, then twice more.

I have tried this for the 1st day. I am seriously unhealthy and have hit muscle fatigue without finished every work out here! Is it alright to build up to this?
I watched the video and thought it was a workout even beginners would laugh at.
I tried it nonetheless, and almost dropped onto the sofa half way through.
At the end, I actually did drop onto the sofa.
It's been 10 minutes, my legs are still aching, and I can barely walk without feeling wobbly.
I'm embarrassed to say that I've been proven wrong, 100%

I did 4 rounds. First just like you then added weights. 2nd round with pair of 20 lb db, third round with 40 lb dbs and last round with 52.5 dbs. Great workout.

I’m going to do this workout for 5 days along with strict clean eating. I’ve been doing HIIT workouts, intermittent fasting and eating clean 90/10 for a month now. I was only a few pounds over weight but much bigger than I was pre baby. I’ve seen a difference and have been told but my lower belly just won’t go! So we’ll see how this goes. I’m 25% body fat want to go to 20-18% I’ll comment an update in 5days! Promise. If it works I’ll subscribe

I love this workout routine. I am a bit over weight, but look “skinny” while wearing clothes. 😂 This workout is both effective and fun at the same time. I started working out again 4 days ago; at night and in the morning. I’ve seen some very noticeable changes and people have also said I look smaller, which is a great confidence booster.
