I drank black coffe in the morning
And green tea in the evening
+ 30 minutes of jogging .
Lost 8 cm in 2 months .

Gd things to do
1. For naturally functional metabolic body, 1 lemonade 30 mins before breakfast followed by no more than two cups of green throughout the day.
2. Diet amount ( Breakfast>lunch>dinner) or have fave small meals
3. Diet type : Fish,meat,chicken,soy foods, vegetables,beans, vegetables with thymine,vitamin D and iron
4. Diet amount : Multiply body weight by 15 to know the amount of calories you need ,that amount u musssttt consume to stay healthy…just u have to burn more to lose fat, burn equally to stay as you are…..
5. Drink methiii with water literally for gastric instead of meds.
6. Walk everyday and stretch 30 mins in the morning at least if you don't work out for an hour to start your day.
7. Maintain 10-12 hours of gap between dinner to the next day's breakfast.
8. Get 7 hours of sleep at night…6 if your too busy but then take a power nap during the day ..
9. make sure that BMI does not get over 25 and gets below 20.
10. DON'T BE LAZY AND TRY TO HAVE MOMENTS OF LAUGHTER IN THE DAY TO KEEP THE BLOOD PUMPING
Things not to do:
1. have less sleep
2. always be angry and stressed.
3. always eat junk food.
4. take too many lemonade and more than three cups of green tea and green tea from tea bags instead of the real thing.
5 go to sleep right after dinner without having your body to actively digest food.
6. taking vitamin supplements instead of real protein and vegetables.
7. always behind the computer and not walking at all during the day.
There is your science simplified….TRUST ME…. love…Why listen to me…
I am 5'8" 161.3 pounds with no testosterone deficiency and reduced hair loss and my job revolves in me sitting behind the computer all day and I still don't have an excess fat gain with waist to chest ratio of 50% and a rectangular body medically declared… all following these simple domestic steps and avoiding overthinking about it……….so….
