i've been doing this routine 3-4 ish days a week for a few months now (and now with weekly horse riding on top). i can definitely say it works, i've never had a belly and butt this toned before. my core and neck/back don't hurt anymore either. thank you so much! 💕
I'm going to be doing the 35 day challenge along with you guys, and we are going to see the results for ourselves together. I'm going to personally personally measurements and everything to make this as accurate as possible for you guys. I did this already for one other of her videos. So let's do this. (Side note: I am really getting into fitness so I'm going to try giving some good tips)
Day 1 : We are back at day one with a new excersize, and I now remember how it feels to be so sore. Since it is only day one, it will just get easier from here. I'd say I'm sore with a 6/10 today. If your doing this, the only suggestion I would give is that before you actually start the video and the workout, do a 1 minute plank and 30 hip dips before since those workouts are really good for you and leaving them for the end when you've got little energy left isn't always good. When she actually does those 2 workouts, I get a drink of water before moving on from there. Stay hydrated everyone! 💧💧💧
