That was rough but I worked through it.
Ok!!! Boy do I have a lot of work to do! This workout kicked my butt๐ฉ. Starting out with step ups was a smart move lol, by the end of the last circuit my arms were trembling! This 62 year old is gunna be sore in the next couple of days. Your workouts are not for the faint of heart lol, very very challenging ๐๐ป
This was my workout today and boy o boy was it tough… it was great though…. the timer helped to keep on pushing myself. The format is good… took a few small breaks in between but completed it.
This is an excellent workout. Great for strength and calorie burn. I LOVE the format. It is awesome.

I don't know how I missed this one. Another great workout. This was really challenging(and sweaty) , but everything I needed today.
Holy moly! This was a very hard, and intense workout! It seemed innocent enough in the description (ha ha!), but for some reason this one hit me really hard! Especially Circuit #5, with the Bulgarian Split Squats and then the Lateral Jump Burpees. Yikes! That one got my HR way up there, and the legs were screaming for mercy!
I really like those Tate Presses for triceps. It puts a different angle on the muscle, and I felt it working my triceps in whole new way!
Honestly, I attempted to do the Ladder at the end, but gave up after the first 5 of each. My body was completely out of steam, so I went into an early cooldown! Great workout, Tracy!
Great workout. Very intense and gruelling. I lost count sometimes lol, a challenge to finish all the circuits.

Okay, I was NOT motivated this am to workout. But, decided I would start and see how I did. I forgot how much I liked this one. Definitely had to pause and rewind but I did it! Thank you for such awesome workout. Traveling this weekend. Suggestions? Skipping workout and maybe some bands (although I HATE it when they roll). Kelly

h i tracey. Back in chilly ontario. I wanted to ask about full programs. I am 53 and well alot of stuff hurts. One problem is my right shoulder.rotator and traps. ouch. So planks etc often cause injury. as well as any exercises that need me to hold my body weight. 130lbs. 5ft 5. Any way i use my rebounder it is a miracle worker for cellulite, weightloss, and sculpting. No joke. Also those darn loop bands actually work. Been following you. Can we configure a program from me. Great video. That workout looks intense. The rows and the jumps you did around 45 minute mark is something I am going to use with my clients. Never thought of that.
