Wonderful Explaination Useful Information about Yoga Health Immunity Core Muscles Thanks Exercises Balakrishna I
hi jessica can i do this everyday if i have sciatica? thanks
Hey Jessica could you do a beginners small pilates ball workout? Me and my boyfriend are building a playlist with different ones of your videos for variety and want to try some more small ball exercises due to small space and not being able to have the big balls
Thanks that was just what I was needing😀
Thank you Jessica! I had rotator cuff surgery 3 months ago and developed a frozen shoulder. I can do almost all of these exercises—except the all fours! Great to keep my core strong while I do PT most of the day!😉
Jessica, I am learning so much from all of your videos and this one is so helpful for a beginner like me. I sincerely appreciate you!
Dear Jessica , Thankyou for all the work you put into your videos it is greatly appreciated. Your gentle encouragement is so helpful.
I have degenerative discs in my lower back and a hip problem, slowly with the help of a great physiotherapist I’ve been seeing here in the U.K. since January I am making progress with the pain and ability to walk without so much discomfort. She suggested I start gentle Pilates to continue building the core and this video has been so helpful . Also today I listened to your new podcast Meet Your Body , it had me in tears , different body problems but same emotions, I realise I’ve got to stop being so frustrated with my body and give it some more kindness . I highly recommend any one reading this listens to it , I’m looking forward to future episodes. I’m sorry you have been through so much , you are inspirational in showing how much you can recover from a very low place . My very best wishes to you x
This was really nice! I like how your gentle workouts still engage and work the core. I am wondering if you have any suggestion for someone who has a degree of anterior pelvic tilt plus a larger bottom. When I am on my back, I have a larger natural curve beneath my low back, and it's harder for me to find a more traditional "neutral" position.
Thank you so much, Jessica. I feel like you made this workout specifically for me.
I get a headache every time I try one of those mini crunches, I've checked your crunches without pain video, i just carry too much tension in my shoulders and neck. Any other ways to strengthen the neck or should I keep doing the workout for headaches?
Should I try to replicate them? I meant in a day, shall I do 2-3 rep?
hI, I have a posterior pelvic tilt. Are these exercises safe to do?
This was such a good video! I have had a rib injury and have been struggling with all the twisting in pilates. This video was perfect for it – thank you!
💜🧘🏻♀️🖤
Thank you
Hi Jessica, just wondered when doing the chest lift is the lower back pressed into the floor and abs engaged?
Thank you in advance.
I have been doing ENEMAS, YOGA AND PILATES for lower back pain, upper back pain, detoxing, fitness, health and wellness since 1995 when I was 13 years old.
I have a question…I had a c-section 9 weeks ago. It wasn't for childbirth. I had a Laprascopy. I'm still a little swollen above my stitch. I was wondering when I should start doing gently core exercises. Do you have any advice? I started light weights for my arms and walk a lot. That's all.
