I do weighted push ups. Feet on a bar, hands on a cabinet either side, weight belt (currently 12.5kg) hanging down in the middle. Reps of 10-12. They are really satisfying and give you that spent feeling of compound movements. In a few weeks I noticed chest hypertrophy that years of endless standard push ups couldn't achieve.
I have a question, so I’m not far in the video (13 seconds in) and (my theory) I wanna know if the more you increase muscle mass, the more you have better at home workout because of the weight gained over time
