I did like 3 laps lol I took a break after every lap. I still feel good though. I’m doing this every day or every other day. I’m also trying to get fit for the Air Force as well.
Does the app instruction audio overlap the music app playing? So I can play Spotify while running the app and the app will override the music periodically ?
Is it really necessary to talk that much, instead of giving the key points?
I absolutely love this program and find it manageable as a person who was never a runner. I’m on week 3 now, The only issue I’m “running” into is ligament pain. I’m on day 2 of resting the ligaments in my ankle but hopefully heals fast so I can continue on.

always worked out the past year during pandemic but its not really for me, always felt tired with heavy workout. tried several diets as well, the only thing that worked for me without feeling like a shit was agoge diet. its easy and deliver results. never been happy

Found your video after thinking about getting out here again after Severe Covid. Got the all clear from the Doc, finally. I like the down to earth tone of yours. And when you were talking about mood it was spot on. You should look at "Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs" I came across it just today and I really think it explains where my heads at. To understand my mental obstacles and help tackle them.
i'm about to start week 4 on couch to 5k! I'm still motivated and enjoying it! MY goal is half a marathon!! x

Thanks, awesome video, too little similar ones out there for beginners. I totally agree with not running simply to lose weight or just a means to another end, rather do anything to make running enjoyable. Once you enjoy running, all the other benefits will come. For me it was my Garmin watch and all the stats that can be analysed afterwards, that got me hooked!!!

Thanks for the video! I was find it hard to find someone who had been in a similar situation as me. I'm 20 years old. A little chubby, but not obese, and very out of shape. Right now I think I could run for 2 minutes tops. But I want to be better!
