I was so excited on day 3 and my neighbor saw me and told me at me age ( turning 49 next Monday 2/13 ) my lower belly won't go away . I tried to ignore it but it really bugged me. I need start again , but thus time inside not in my garage where anyone can see me.
Starting these workouts!! I'm about 210 lbs right now, I'll update whenever I notice a change and when I weigh. I'm super excited. Some I may not be able to do, as surgery from a leg injury has made my right leg a lot weaker and sensitive, but I'll push on!!
I've been doing this for almost 3 months now and thought I would leave a comment for those who would want to read about other people's experience! As mentioned, I've started doing this some weeks ago, mixed with cardio at the gym. I work out around 5 times a week and alternate between this exercise and machines at the gym. I think I can say that I started noticing that this workout was becoming easier after a few days only. I might have seen a small difference in the way I looked after a few days but realistically, I think it took about 2 ish months for me to really be able to tell some real, noticeable and stable changes! I think the key is to be consistent and also making sure that you are properly doing the exercises! For reference, my goal was not to lose weight but to get more toned.
I loved your workout video but its become very difficult for me to follow this. i have pcos and my waist is 46inches. I want to reduce it please guide me some excercise which help me as a beginner.
I'm doing this x2 sets every day for 2 weeks let's see how it goes i might also do 3 sets to maxsimize the results but i also do inner thighs workout after this sooo

Doing Ab exercises does NOT burn belly fat. It only builds the ab muscles which will still be covered by just as much fat as before
The last one was the hardest. I just couldn't do it at all.

I have some questions. I was did some belly excercise but i dont sweating. Is this can lose my belly fat? Or i need to be sweating.
My spine near my tail bone a bit hurt. It make me a bit hard to do this in flat surface. Can i do it in my bed? I was thought the soft surface wont pain my back

So yesterday i finished this workout and another 30 minute exercise (only made it to 20 which is why i did this workout to do 30 minutes of working out) and i was probably about to cry yesterday. But that’s part of it!
Today i’m honestly very upset with myself, because i couldn’t get myself to do the workout, and on top of that i skipped lunch and ate too much during dinner. Which means i did the workout for nothing yesterday, because i gained it back. I’m not sure if i’m gonna have the chance to continue this week, because my periods are usually very painful.
I did remind myself of the fact that every time i’m on my period, i gain weight. When my period is over that 1kg always leaves. Instead of working out, i could go for a walk as well. I walk to school every day which takes around 10 minutes. And
i also get exercise by walking the stairs and walking around with my friends. (It’s around 5000 steps in total). If i’m not in too much pain, i’ll try to get those steps up to 8.000 !!
Hopefully i can get myself to do the workout or my walking goal tomorrow!

Ty sm I hope you guys know this channel is to true for loosing weight I burned about thirty pounds off from doing this daily this channel deserves so much respect! Day 1: I feel amazing! I couldn't do toe touches. I'm recovering from an car accident that left me with a broken femur, hip and two broken ankles. I just started walking ( yay me) so I hope that within a few weeks I'll be able to do the toe touches with no problems. 🙂
Day2: finished and completed! Feelin good. I think ima start doing 2xs a day to really see some improvement. 🙂

Day3: first set done! I'm also including some arm/ shoulder exercises I came across from YouTube to help with the underarm fat and back fat lol. I'll finish my 2nd set in a few hours.

2nd set completed! I feel good. I've been drink water and altering with fresh mint, cucumber, or lemon. I ate about 500 calories less then I normally would. And started to incorporate isopure protein powder into my diet. I also started wearing a waist trainer. I wanna be ready for summer. 😂😮💨

I just got home from physical therapy WHERE THEY TORTURED ME! LMAO!!! And then I got into my 2nd set. I feel so good. The plank is becoming easier, I feel healthier. I am eating alot lighter and more healthier… let's keep this up 🙂
Day6: Did both sets today and I feel amazing! I was a lil sore from yesterday between having done 2sets and then being at physical therapy they had me lifting 80lb weights with my legs and running on the bike 😴 they wore me out but I thugged it out and feel amazing 🙂 see yall tomorrow
Day7: Ima start doing 2reps 2xs a day. I see a small difference. However I wanna see a big difference! So I'll do this excercise 4 time total in a day. I've done my 2 sets for my 1st set. Time to get m day started. 🙂

I'll be back later in the day when I complete the other 2. I just got done with my second set did the workout twice! I feel good. My tummy doesn't feel all bloated and full like I usually do feel. Hopefully incorporating this workout 4 times a day will help me more inches then the first week did. Keeping faith and putting in that work! Lol

Day9: I went for a 40 min walk and I just got home did my lil work out and I feel Amazing! My legs are hurting tho! Back in July I broke both my ankles, my femur and hip so I still struggle with walking I use a cane but, I'm working on! Getting back into the routine:).
Day10: I did 3sets of these exercises and then I also incorporated some stuff my physical therapist told me I needed to do so I can get muscle in my legs.
Day11: I did my sets and also walked for an hour. ( I did eat bacon today tho. Lol) I also did my physical therapy exercises and some bed exercises I seen in a video. Along with some arm/ shoulder and back fat exercises. Let's go! 🙂
