I’ve been working out with Pam for 2 months now and I’ve noticed that my body has been changing. On the side note about nutrition, I can relate to that part so much. Eating healthy can be such a challenge and it always made me feel bad whenever I saw all of these other people online eating healthy as if it was breathing. The video and the comment section is making me realize that this is normal. Love working out with Pam because she doesn’t talk during her workouts which means I get to be lost in my thoughts while following her. Her videos made me enjoy being active
This was such a beautiful and motivating video! Finally a transformation video, that didn’t make me want to restrict and overdo it on the workouts. This felt really healing to watch ❤️ and also motivated me to start working out again to feel strong and balanced :))

hi, i’ve been doing pamela abs routine since 2 years regularly now and even if the results are slightly visible( bc of my inexistant diet), i feel that my body is stronger and energetic. The important is how you feel in your body, you look perfect girl ❤️

I love Pamela. Even though she doesn't speak in her videos, you can feel the welcoming nature of her videos. She works out because she enjoys it, not because she wants a certain body. Before I discovered Pam I would do my workouts solely because I didn't like my body and I felt like I should work out in order to punish myself for my eating habits, I would also feel terrible whenever I didn't have the strength to do certain parts of the workout. Pamela taught me that I should feel great in my body the way it is and that I should workout because I love my body not because I hate it. Workout isn't a punishment, it's a reward! And it's okay to modulate some parts of the workout or take breaks because it's a slow process

Ive done her work outs for 6 months and my six pack is almost complete. I lost 90 lbs , and i had a c section . Pre baby i was 114 and went up to 204 after having my son. Now im 135 (pure muscle) if anybody wants/Is curious to see my after pics i can give y'all my IG for proof!

This is a load of bullshiat. You can’t build booty just on body weight workouts. You need to strength training. That’s how muscles grow. You shock them with progressive overload and in return they grow. Also it’s possible to lose fat AND gain muscle. It’s called body recomp.
