This is my first day and i can't even stand on my foot that much pain in i am by doing just squart warm up. I don't have energy left for jump rope. But i will do it tommorow and never give up.

Brandon!!!! This is a savage work out for a beginner!! Haha. My legs are destroyed today after doing this yesterday morning. I literally cannot walk down the stairs I'm so sore from the squats and leapfrogs.

Yikes I didn't buy the weighted handle rope, I think I got a weighted rope rope I guess 😂😂 i don't know but the handles definitely aren't weighted. Oh well it's cheaper. Anyways this workout is amazing and I'm glad to have started. #ballinonabudget
I try this exercise but instead of jumping in the air I'll use 10lb dumbbells and do squats n lunges
Yo Zen Dude!!! This is such a great channel!! You guys put a lot of effort to make this funny!!! I had lost a little bit of a hope about working out cause I didn`t find anything I really enjoyed doing but this is perfect for me!! I`ve been jumping my rope three times a week and this is the third week in a row. Plus I`ve added 120 push ups and some planks of 30 seconds. My rope jumping only takes 20 minutes so far (15 rep of 60 jumps resting 30/40 seconds between them) What do you recomend me to improve that? Add more days? Increase the ammount of reps? Hey there zen dude fitness, im a big Guy on a weightloss journey, i already lost 25 pounds in 2 weeks just by changing my diet ( i have a really active job, Dairy farmer ) im currently at around 260 pounds and im really motivated to go down way more and build more muscle, so i bought a crossrope and began regular jumping ( wich is quite fun with earbuds in :p ), but i wanna go further, do you guys do online coaching with like food advices etc? I would be interested 😀

I did it! Still tripping on the rope a little, but it's only my second day and those jumping lunges didn't have much jump, but I'll do it again tomorrow and be better!
