      j'ai découvert ta chaßne il y a environ 3 semaines, et j'adore les afrobeats, ça m'a donné l'envie de faire du sport tout en dansant j'adore !! et tu as réussi à me motiver pour cette séance jambes qui est super ! continue comme ça j'adore ton contenue, tu parle comme il faut (tu ne racontes pas ta vie pdt les squats mdr) et j'adore

      TARA ton exercices a changé mon corps ma alimentation je me sa trÚs bien . Toujours j'ai ou une bonne taille 36 le soucis c'est que j'avais une petite graisse abdominale et sur la tailles aujourd'hui j'ai perdue beaucoup.
      Franchement vous ĂȘtes magnifique comment prof ta Ă©nergie et ta bontĂ© extraordinaire fait pense Ă  les femmes de on paix Brasil. Pour moi tes une vraie BrĂ©silienne gros bisous.

      J’ai adorĂ© ! S’il y’en a plus comme ça, focalise que le bas du corps, j’adorerais ! J’ai un syndrome fĂ©moral patellaire un peu singulier a priori que je traine depuis 13 ans et je dois constamment faire de l’exercice pour muscler les bas du corps afin de garder mon autonomie Ă  la marche et dans la vie de tous les jours. Bref ça m’aide beaucoup ce type de vidĂ©os pour me motiver le matin ! Encore merci đŸ’ȘđŸŸ !
