Iβm 84 years old. Been working out my whole life. Just stopped going to the gym once again because Covid is strong again.
Doing your workout 6 days a week. I rewind it and do 15 minutes extra so I can get 40 minutes in. I then lift lite weights or do leg lifts I recommend your workout to everyone. Itβs fun and does the job. Keep on truckinβ everyone! β€οΈ

These workouts are wonderful. Obviously based on a strong knowledge of physiology. Super fun and hard. So great.
These workouts helped me go fron never exercising couch potato to workout in morning and 40 minute lunch walks. learning that exercise will not help you lose weight took the pressure off and i began enjoying it. I had to learn that exercise can only help you maintain your current weight and that i had to change my eating to lose weight.

I'm 3 weeks in to rehabbing my ankle due to plantar fasciitis and tendonitis. Was told by my doctor to be taking it easy with workouts especially with lunges and squats. Been taking it easy and thinking of trying this workout to add a little more intensity. Would it be appropriate?
