Day 1✅: THIS SHIT KILLED ME I'M NOT EVEN ABLE TO WALK😭😭
Day 2✅: a bit easier te yesterday, but still hurts a lot (today my things are 58cm)
Day 3✅: woahh this was a lot easier and my leg starts to hurts less ( 58cm)
Day 4✅: i realized that I was doing the frist exercise wrong, i was also less motivated, probably bc my period yesterday started and I wanted to not do this today but i'm glad i forced myself to do that ( i didnt measured my thighs today)
I will keep you updaded (i'm also listening to subliminals to keep my lazy ass motivated)

Okay, so I started 3 days ago, I will update ✨
Day 1✔️= it was kinda hard, but I enjoyed it!
Day 2✔️= i did this +pamela's Christmas dancing workout and half of different Lilly's leg workout
Day3✔️= did this and model leg workout. My legs were burning and it was difficult
Day 4✔️= did this workout + another. And 4km walk ✨
Day 5✔️= i almost didn't feel it, it was definitely easier for me! Today I had PE + I went for a walk (3 km probably)
