Doing this for 2weeks im 14 year old 5'5 and 53kg please motivate me
Day 1: ✅ i did it, well it was kinda difficult but did it just with few breaks on the very end of the workout

Day 1: ✅ it was hard and I could definitely feel the burn but I felt really good after!
Day 2: ✅ harder and I wanted to give up already😭 that’s how weak I am fr but I did it
Day 3: ✅ I was on the phone with my friend so it wasn’t that bad
Day 4: ✅ my arms started to hurt more and I was really tired because it was late but pushed through it lol

Day 5: ✅ back on track! It got easier when I thought about something else but it hurt my arms a little. I can see my hips are rounder and my arms are stronger too!

OK… so, this is my first time doing something like this. Just yesterday i did another of her owrkouts and almost died!

Great for the bum and legs but didnt feel the burn in my abs
I’ve done this workout continuously for around 4 weeks and I can really notice a huge change. My hip dips are way less noticeable and my hips are nice and round! Love this workout! Will continue to do it but combine it with another video on “lifting”. ❤️

i feel not tired at all during glutes bridges stuffs am i doing it wrong?? to be clear ive been doing superrr light glutes exercise almost everyday like squats and bridges
Day 1 waist: 29.5 inches
Day 5 waist: 28.5 inches / weight 62.1kg
Day 11 waist: 28 inches / weight: 61.6kg
Here's how:
– I used resistance bands and 5kg weights for this workout
– Around day 7 I also started doing Lilly's 'lose fat in 7 days (belly, waist, abs)'
– I also do a 30 minute workout daily on top of these
– Cut out all bread, sugar, dairy, and I do intermittent fasting
