How many times a week with the same weight
Iβm right here help me π
It's 2022 will you open another round of before the barbell?
Great advice, thanks. Also super colour choices.
How much protein would be recommended for a woman who weighs 140 but does not know their lean muscle mass ?
Hmmm Iβm recalling you saying in one of your videos that compound movements arenβt optimal ways to increase strength. Mind you, the focus was on mistakes made in gym for body compositionβalthough debatably still applicable for this video of longterm effectiveness of training, despite time being longer with rests and isolating muscles. But overall, still faster in the long run! What do you think, Meg?
you arent just inspiring women , thanx
Youβre amazing π₯π₯Ίthanks
Hey. I've finally made the decision to become a professional lifter. I was a long distance runner for over 10 years. Been finding myself recently bored by just cardio, so I am just learning the literal basics right now.
I just feel like a low life because I do yoga π Im sad to report that since the pandemic started I've been doing yoga more than cardio. I'm almost 31 and I'm so ashamed and embarrassed that I didn't realize that yoga was meant to only be short term. I feel like an idiot and no wonder I am completely disgusted with my body (used to be more toned and was not grossed out with rolls of fat that have appeared everywhere in the past 2years)
Does anyone have any advice on how to stop doing yoga and learn the basics of strength training and ONLY DO LIFTING AND CARDIO!?!
Sorry it literally sounds like I'm asking someone how to stop smoke cigs or something but I'm serious
I don't have access to a gym and won't have, until finances allow. But I want these urges to do yoga to go away.
No wonder I'm still single and will prob stay that way.
When I make a dating profile or even meet someone new, I will definitely be keeping yoga out of the conversation. Honestly I feel like people look at me like ew when I started considering yoga a hobby (and workout?!?? ) Clearly I have some screws loose, but any advice on how to transition to being a powerful woman by leaving yoga behind π€ͺ I tend to get muscle rididiy and have slight scoliosis which affects my posture and knees, so I am thinking of getting a back brace? To stop being an idiot and doing yoga. Side note: the people in the comments of yoga videos I do are literally 71 years old or older, or they are not in shape enough to do real workouts. So glad I found this channel although I wish I had found it before I wasted 2 years on yoga ugh
Are you taking on new clients?
Thank you
consistency is the key!
Hip thrust technique video please!
How can I find a trainer and how much money does it cost I'm 15 and I don't know how much money I can spend on one. But this is what I want more then anything
I love, love, love how you explained to use something other than weights before you start. But then again, I appreciated it all. EXTREMELY helpful.
Hi new subscriber here and I guess beginner as well. I used to lift many years ago and just recently got back into it. Thanks for sharing your tips. I have a question. Can I lift in a fasted state? I've seen arguments for yes and no. Reason being first thing in the morning is the most convenient for me to go to the gym before starting my work day. But I am doing intermittent fasting and don't eat/drink anything before 9am.
Wow Iβm learning way more here than I ever did from NASM & ISSA courses. Thanks!!!!
I love how you speak! Iβve been lifting for a few months on a dedicated program and tbh Iβm not looking for a different program or even tips, I watch your videos because I enjoy the way you express yourself (though you have inspired me to change things up).
Very natural flow and sincere adoration for the badassness of the craft.
Thatβs wassup ππΎπͺπΎπ
I'm 30 next month and I've never done any kind of weight training, so this was a massive help on my journey to becoming strong!! I can't wait! π
