I did not know that Epic Endgame meant the End of me. The last 100 hand to floor burpees wer absolutely challenging.
When she was on 100, I was at 66.
I was truly exhausted by the end of the exercise session. Since 2020 C. Girvan has been a mainstay in my exercise regimen.
Even though this one wore me out, I thank you.
Another "liked" video that I didn't comment on 8 months ago (think I was too busy catching my breath!🤣) #1: cutest color combo in this outfit, hard to deny #2: what a perfect pace and workout to kill good cardio in ~30 min. #3: I wish I could've done the 100 burpees, but I made at least 70 after trying to 500 rep challenge yesterday (probably not a good plan). Love the workout Caroline and the Girvanator crew!🌺❤😅💪

Wow this was tough! I was only able to complete 59 Burpees at the end. Will try this one again in a few weeks to monitor my progress. It's incredibly motivating having Caroline doing the workout with you. It always kills me when she smiles while I am struggling 🤣 but it pushes me thru…all the way to a smile at the end. Thanks Caroline

This is not a critic. This is sort of a confession. I do struggle a lot with endurance. I avoid exposing my self. I am like in a denial. In a subconscious denial because f I have learned something with this journey with you if that it worth to keep trying. I feel stronger but with almost zero endurance
100 burpees?!?! My first thought….[which I've done before], I'll do them for as long as Caroline is doing them and we'll call it good. Then, I thought maybe I'll count all the [kind of] burpees within the workout toward my 100 [until I lost count 🙂]. Then it came, I'll do 20 then rest. And that's what I did! In the meantime, in my head, I'm trying to do the math in my head… if she can do 100 @ 38 yrs old, and I'm 58 – what's my equivalent? 🙂. Nope, can't figure that out! Finally she's done… I had done 80! I was going to call it a day…. but I DIDN'T!!!!! I pushed pause – finished my 100 and smiled and thought….. what I say all the time… "You're Stronger Than You Think!" Thanks for another great workout, Caroline!

Ok. I have had my first argument (sorry) disagreement with Caroline!. I saw the finisher and wanted to cry. I am not a cardio fan but only do it for this legend of a woman. However, the rolling to push up was a 👎🏻, the one handed alternate burpees was a 👎🏻 and I lost count of how many burpees I did but I know it wasn’t 100 so feeling like this right now 😳😳😰… But I kept moving and won’t be doing this workout again! But if you love cardio, then this is a great workout for you . 🙌😊

I DID IT!!! I’m so proud of myself for finishing this. I did the first 50 burpees with Caroline and then I took a minute break and played a Violetta song and finished the last 50, and let me tell you they were easier😅
She's got her braids in y'all, you know we're going to be dead after this workout LOL! Got to love it though, thank you so much Caroline for challenging me to the fullest every single session!

I have no endurance but i did it all
Felt so tired and sluggish after a long 12 hour shift yesterday, tried several different workouts before settling on this one, wow what a challenging one and so much fun, feel really happy now and a massive sense of achievement as I dislike burpees a lot.
