Thank you for posting this… I'm new to Tai Chi, and I enjoyed this greatly… I'm 42, and have run six a miles a day since age 16, and performed H.I.I.T., Cardio, Aerobics and Tabata, but as I get older I'm looking to add less intense, and more meditative, teachings and practices to my routine… I'm hoping that Tai Chi will become an extensive part of that routine, and a constant in my life!
Very good instructions. If the screen could have a tiny box showing the same moves from your back. Its gets confusing because your right is our left and moving arms n legs together in a continuous movement is very confusing.
