How do we avoid stomach cramps during the abs workout? It hurts a lot for f sake
At 1:54 you will see that PARTIAL Squat is good thing for three of the four leg muscles. Why did you miss that point and only focus on the gluteus maximus?
Sorry I´m quite new at this. What does the biceps curl 3×12/12 mean? Is it 2 sets heavy + 1 set lighter; or 3 sets heavy +1 light; or 6 sets in total (3 heavy + 3 light)??? Thanks in advance.

I've been on full-body 3x a week/ cardio 2x since my high school off-seasons. And have been riffing off a full-body workout from Bill Pearl's book Getting Stronger beginning 1990-ish after getting fed up with spending 6-days in the gym.
Since switching, the Gym Bros have been telling me "Full body is a beginner's workout!" I'd beg to differ, and I'd offer my squat, deadlift, and bench maxes as proof. Didn't matter. They'd scoff.

Could we do incline barbell presses over dumbell ones? And leg presses over squats?
Got me wondering if I'm doing a lot of junk volume by staying in the gym about 1.5hrs ~ 4 days a week. Maybe I should just spend the extra time working on more rehab type exercises for my various injuries.
Does anyone know any alternatives for lat pulldowns if you don't have the equipment for it

I've been doing this program for years. It never gave the results I wanted, but as soon as I started biting my shirt while doing the exercises, I got jacked as a mofo 💪🏻.
Should some one that is starting out with full body should I go and try to find out my 1 RP or put on weight that I feel like can just about 4 done
