His fitness advice speaks for itself – but it’s his advice about mentality & positivity which make his challenge what it is. You don’t seem to get that fitness is SECONDARY to the main thrust of his videos.

I have a question, i weight about 280 and so would I need to eat 280 grams of protein. I try to aim for at least 200 in that range but does 80 extra grams make a difference

I think some of Noel videos are meant to ironic, but he doesn't make it very clear sometimes

I like his meal prep and cooking videos, as well as his videos where he gives advice to not being a gym deuche, lifting form, and tips to help out beginners. His humor is also funny and his videos are short and consice, which is also appreciated. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have lost 93 pounds over the last 2 years.

Well, Sean Nalewanyj is legit but not optimal/ efficient. His teachings are best for lifters who are on steroids.
