Day one: ✅ my legs are burning but I’m feeling good
Day two and three: these days I went on a hike so I didn’t have time to workout 😔 I still got some exercise in tho.
Day 4: ✅ I finished! but I feel kinda guilty I didn’t do it these last days
Day 5: ✅ finished! I also did another leg workout.
Its sure that it dose'nt work in 1 week
Can we do the excercise in the evening, if it is skipped in morning??

DAY 1: ✅
The exercise werent that hard. However it felt good afterwards. My legs felt at ease.
DAY 2:✅✅ did it two times
Lil sore from yesterday but was able to do 2 reps.
DAY 3:✅the exercise were becoming easier and easier. I feel like i can do 3 reps but i aint doin it cus its 12am and its a school night i need to sleep lol
DAY 4✅✅ did it two times and i feel like my legs have become a lil bit longer but yea my legs felt abit shaky idk why
DAY 5✅ idk if i see some changes. Im really hoping to lose my thigh and my calf fat
DAY 6✅✅ did it two times cus the exercises felt easier
DAY 7✅ only did it one time i felt tired. But i can def see the results coming in. From day 1 to day 7 i can def see changes. I finished the 1 week challenge but ill keep going.
DAY 8✅ okay i feel the burn but for some reason it felt nice. Can see changes

DAY 10✅ it is officially day 10 of this workout and i feel a lot confident but i am still gonna keep going

DAY 14✅ its been 2 weeks now and i feel great although changes are only a lil bit, i feel much more confident than in day one.

OKAY SO I HAVENT UPDATED BC I. COULDNT BE BOTHERED TYPING ALL OF IT SO ANYWAYS I KEPT GOING AND I COULD TOTALLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE FROM DAY 1 to now. I RECOMMEND THIS WORKOUT BUT HOWEVER IT TOOK SOME TIME TO ACTUALLY BURN FAT IN YOUR THIGHS. BUT ITS WORTH THE WAIT AND PAIN. Ill DEF KEEP DOING THIS. Bye
