So I just started getting back to moving my body, trying not to be too ambitious so I could keep it consistent. And I find many workout videos to be very toxic, just focused on achieving a certain look or whatever. But there's something very laid-back with you, your moaning on it being hard just feels like I'm working out with a friend. I almost gave up on finding videos to help me out, so thank you.

does anyone know roughly how many calories this exercise burns (i got to the gym 6 days a week and have a calorie deficit but i’m trying to do an abs work every night)
Day 1:✅Challenging, did not complete all of them
Day 2:✅ Easier but I’m sore from day one. However I finished it all this time
Day 3 and 4:❌ It was the weekend and I went out with family
Day 5:✅ Fresh start of the week on a Monday did the workout and did some arm workout too
Day 6:✅ Went well, managed to do all of them and today I did more arm workout including chest work out. Attempted doing push ups but only 10 were made
Day 7:✅ Did the video twice however skipped the last exercise because I don’t really like that one+ I also did arms and chest feel alright
Day 8:✅ It was normal however I felt more difficulty doing the video. I did 10 push ups, 100 jumping jacks and arms
This is so useless

Mate the fact you sound like Russel brand and kind of look like him absolutely made my day 😂😂 was gonna say could’ve used some music but that was before the comedy kicked in awesome way to distract from a gruelling every other day work out 💪

I wish you could illustrate core exercises that don't affect the lumbar region for people with back injuries. Obviously, I would get it approved by my docs; it won't be on you.
