Doing this every day for 14 days (remind me to update)
Day 1 – ✅ It was very painful and I couldn't finish I got to 10 min i had to pause it a couple of times because she doesn't give any breaks I could feel the burn in my legs which is a good thing but I was extremely sore.
Day 2 – ❌ I couldn't do it because I was sick
Day 3 – ✅ It was harder than the first day because my stomach hurt from being sick. I struggled a lot but I could not finish the workout, I did go to 13 minutes though so it is an improvement from the first day.

I forgot how challenging this workout is, I get cocky thinking I've been working out with her 3 years, this will be easy peasy. WRONG! She always kicks my ass every time!

day oneit was good but no changeSooooooo I thought I was gonna be aaaaaaaaall good. I was like “I’ve done her 20 minute full body, this should be pretty simple.” WHHHHHHHY DO I NEVER REMEMBER ITS PAMELA!!! No matter if it’s a 5 or 25 minute workout I’m gonna be sweating bullets trying to hold on for dear life until I see “WELL DONE” 🥵
