I have been recently diagnosed with unblocked hernia and have been advised to avoid all body weight exercises as they mostly involve core.

love your workouts, are there are exercises that will work on reducing, as I call them bum pads, the fat on the side ? I do do the glute workouts. Will these target that area or have you other exercises?
