I have do this workouts every week after i found your chanel about 6 months ago. Before i have done les mills workouts aprox 1-2 years and never again go for that!! My condition is better than before!

– Its nice that you have even small break before next move and show what to do.
– 30 sec work and 10-15 sec break is challenging but 40 sec work at the same break is killer!
– Everybody can do this and push their limits or someday little bit less.
– And everybody can do these workouts everyday without getting sore. (Depends how hard you push yourself) =)

Hi Dan, It's been a while. Long story… my Doct. said I need meds for the rest of my life. I had "heart problems" and high blood pressure. I was instructed to not exercise until my heart stress test. I cleaned up my diet, cut out a-lot of fat and fast food, drank smoothies and intermittent fasted. The cardiac doctor said my cholesterol is good and I don't need meds! So excited to get back into exercising, yours was the first You-Tube exercise I did. Great exercises and fantastic music choice! I am a bit stiff from not exercising but looking forward to ramping back up to speed. Thank you for this amazing content! Amazing how a solid nutrition plan and exercise can keep us healthy!
