I’ve been doing this every morning for 2 months along with other workouts on here and i could see a huge difference.
Can somebody help me out? I'm skinny but have a big bum is this good doing this cause then I got skinnier no? Or should I just eat a lot of healthy food by gaining weight and keep exercising?

Hi I've been doing the excircises 2reps a day for 2days straight, I also do climbing stairs or something, does this also help burning the fat or make it smaller
