This one kind of drags and the intervals are too spread out. The instructor needs to talk more to the viewer (you) and being more motivating with what you’re doing with your body on your bike. I don’t really want to hear a whole story about Katie or the other cyclists. It relaxes me and I’m here to get a HIIT quick workout so I can get to work.

I have COPD and need decent breaks between intervals. This workout is perfect for me. I’ve been doing it 3 times a week for 6 months.
