I've been doing this for around a week and a half, paired with other workouts too, and I can already feel my arms getting tighter Also, I added weights once and really felt it, so I think it's awesome to have a workout you can challenge yourself with. Thank you!

By doing this youโre working on your arms muscles, to lose fat you need to eat less calories then you burn in a day.

I subscribed to her fitness app on November 27th 2021. Today is February 3rd 2022. I've lost 7 pounds dropped from 150-143 and I'm 5'3. Before i lost any weight, i could only tell i was getting fit from the pictures and how my clothes fit but i tried not to let the number on the scale discourage me and i stuck to it. I work out 3-5 times a week. The videos are about a half hour long each and she gives different workouts 5 days a week. I highly recommend subscribing. The best way to form a good habit of working out is to make it easy and make it so you have to put as little thought into it as possible. With different videos almost every day she makes it so you never get bored and you don't have to think about anything. Just get your shoes on and press play! If you read this, thank you Kola !
