OMG. Did this after the booty workout, and I think I’m sweating even more than yesterday’s workouts. Those inner thigh exercises at the end while laying on the floor were killer!! I feel like I could do a chokehold on someone using just my thighs. 😂 They feel so tight! Thanks, again, Ashley!

Do you recommend doing this workout when I am currently fixing my diastasis recti, I have been working on fixing this for about 9 weeks so it's now more a functional diastasis recti.

best inner thigh workout. I did this after both my total knee replacements in the past year and it totally strengthened my inner thigh without impact. Bravo and thank you for sharing this.
Honestly If I'm being honest this workout helped most and I felt that it worked

But , I have knee Problems!! I can’t do this
This is the only inner thigh workout I’ve found that actually works.
Am I the only one that seeks the list of exercises on the comments & be disappointed when they are not there: Remember many of these workouts can be done with or without weights/modifications
1. Sumo squats w/Pulses
2. Side lunges/toes touches w/ place hands down between counts
3. Sumo squats w/ adds Jump for advance
4. Side Lunges w/ Farther Side steps
5. Side Lunges w/Knee Lifts
6. Leg lifts (both sides) :See video at 6:32 – 8:30
