I started 1 meal a day during Ramadan until i came across your channel. Alternate day fasting is now my life style. I cooked today and didn't even feel like tasting it. I am so proud of myself. I've lost 7kg in 10 days. No jokes! It's working for me. Thank you 👍

I have a question beautiful. So you said on your eat days you eat whatever you want , you don’t track calories. I think but correct me if I’m wrong you said you eat 3k calories on non fast days . But I seen other vids of people who do alt and said they count calories and stay at 1800 calories they eat whatever they want but stay under a certain amount of calories. I want to know which to do I’m confused.

Thank you for sharing your Fast Day – it was so peaceful and introspective and I appreciated that very much. Today is my fast day as well. A few years ago I was very successful with ADF and extended fasting, but last year I lost several family members (one very close and very tragically) and since then I have been struggling so very much with getting back on the Fasting bandwagon. I am on my third week of OMAD fasting, the only thing k drink during the day is coffee black, orange Peoko no sitar and water I eat anything after 7:30 that’s when my shift ends.
I loveeee the small braids! I also hateeee having heavy braids I never knew only using one pack was an option, also is your hair relaxed?
The vertical videos are okay but I do like horizontal more.

…Meaning should we do strength training or cardio on feasting day or fasting day .
Should we do any workout at all on fasting day ?
