Hey everyone! 🤗 I feel like gut health has become a pretty sexy topic with lots of products claiming to promote it and lots of ideas on how to take care of it, so I wanted to know exactly what leading scientists can really say with confidence and what’s still a big question mark where all we have is theory ❤️
Very Informative.
Would you do another video on this topic with the latest science now that it's 3 and a half years later?
My gut is totally out of whack, and I feel so lost. Realized (thanks to your videos) that I've been undereating though I often feel "full" because I'm so bloated, and I'm sensitive to SO many foods. Like virtually everything bloats me, which I know has to do with gut imbalances. On top of this I'm tired all the time, have also lost muscle and gained fat, and a recent DUTCH test said my dopamine level is low, which absolutely coincides with how I feel.
I reached out to Renee's team thanks to your recommendation. Am really hoping they're able to help (and believe they will!).
My gut health issues has been causing anxiety making life a bit more difficult then it needs to be especially having children and being an entrepreneur having random anxiety and mood swings from my (Gut Health) is setting me back longer then I would like please if you know a good probiotic id appreciate it and yess I definitely changed my diet and I do need to workout more or at least walk more to relieve stress but I need a great working probiotic for my Gut Health.
Nice
I'm having a hard time following, I think the room you are in is creating your voice to be too explosive. Can you maybe try an area where the sounds gets absorbed?. Don't get me wrong, I can hear you loud and clearl, it's just the pitch of the voice goes too explosive and my brain is having a hard time absorbing the information.
I’m a guy and my gut is fucked, I get anxious, depressed, unhappy , gassy, pimples so over it
Wow…informative….thank you
The only fitness account I trust
Stopping by to see if you’d consider doing an updated video on this topic with the most recent research?
I’ve just watched something that suggested polyunsaturated fats actually lead to heart disease and poor mitochondrial functioning, and that we should be avoiding processed vegetable oils. Would love to get a Natasha-reviewed stance on this 🙏
You can be intolerant to gluten without being celiac, it's rather common with other autoimmune diseases.
This was suuuch a good video! Thank you:)
i’m so glad i found your youtube channel 🥹
Uh spar ta mae…I like how she pronounced aspartame. Bad stuff for sure!
You lookin' at my gut?
The queen only has "Royal farts" its different than her subjects (peasants).
Say it with me, pro-bi-otic!
Makes a lot of sense that the boring advice "eat well, exercise and get enough sleep" would be the most healthy advice. Fitness isn't something you can hack with a juice or single isolation exercise
That was the most useless video ever.
This is the best video about bloating i have ever seen… thank you! 🧡
I would love to know what your take on this is now, as it has been three years since you made a video on this topic! Are there any significant changes since your initial research in this video?
Not me feeling sorry for the rats
"Two kilos! Do you know how heavy that is?!"
Me, an American: uhhhh…
When stress kicks in I look pregnant!👀
when i was vegetarian for a few months that messed me up, ALSO gluten literally creates holes in your gut so obviously excess is dangerous lol
I absolutely love how you based this video on actual science facts and not random trends. It is so refreshing to see someone with such huge reach and influence creating content that is not based on trendy diets.
I have a degree in nutrition and I cringe when I watch influencers recommend all kinds of diets to their followers.
You are doing an amazing job! Thank you for creating those videos!!!
I started getting really into gut health lately and realized that all I needed was more fiber in my diet lol. I got a really good brand of this fiber powder and just add it to my smoothies and honestly it been a GAME CHANGER
Is there any new research in the last three years since your video? Seems to be increasing in popularity, maybe time for a new video from my favourite 🥰
Me drinking tea with sweetener rn …..
It was really interesting hearing about the gut brain axis after growing up with weekly abdominal migraines
Stool transplants have actually saved lives!
i would love to hear an update on this topic!!
Would love to see an update on the science in this! Especially looking at yeast overgrowth
Keto wrecked my gut!!!!
Random reminder that God loves you all so so much. He is by your side at every moment and He will never leave you. You can always seek Him no matter who you are or where you're at <3
You really caught me off guard with the model's poo lmao. Nonetheless. i'm really happy i found your channel. Keep up the amazing work. God bless <3
I'd love a 2022 updated video on this topic
What about monk fruit or erythritol?
There's actually a decent amount of evidence that low FODMAP can improve symptoms for people with IBS. I understand the hesitancy because it is very restrictive. But I'm unsure which research shows that it does more harm than good
Excellent video! Thank you so much!
Kimchi helped my gut more than anything else. I used to have painful bloating every day!! Now I eat a huge jar every week❤️
I’ve been feeling so crappy lately and I attribute it to my severe pollen allergies setting of my body’s stress response. There’s been acne, fatigue, uncomfortable bloating, all that fun stuff and I’m just tired of feeling so crappy. Really appreciate the time and effort put into providing reliable information, hope I can take some of it to heart!
I became gluten free when I was 23 years old I'm now 36, I was extremely constipated to the point were I couldn't go unless I was taking laxatives, my doctor told me to eat more fibre like Weetabix but I got worse, a friend told me to try gluten free diet and it changed my life. the doctor was so dismissive when I told him I thought it was gluten and refused to test me even though I have family members who are celiac. so sometimes its necessary to cut things out if it effects your health
In conclusion we dont know shit about nutrition and how it effects us. Medicine is so behind on so many levels. How are we just now realizing the foods we eat effect us on every level?
