Never knew there was a reverse burpee!! 🤯I like these a whole lot better than regular burpees lol
ETA: Wooo, I just finished, this one made my face hot towards the end 😆Been a while since that's happened. I am happy to say I did the breakdance one without stopping! So that's good enough for me lol Really like this workout.

Strange question: is it normal to have difficulty breathing when doing the plank with hip dips, or am I torqued too much? It's the only exercise I dread because of that. No issue with plank scorpion, so it's weird. Maybe related to my back issues (L4 cushion is wonky. Probably from multiple epidurals). That aside, thank you. Been following since lockdown.

Hi Chloe! I enjoy the workouts themselves but I have a request about the music. A lot of times your background music is depressing! It’s not very motivating to listen to break-up songs or songs with so many expletives. In previous workouts, some artists you use for the music feature themes of sex, cheating, and heavy drug use. It’s not very empowering, and some of your followers may be working out with young ears at home! I know everyone has different tastes, and you are providing a free service; but in some videos that music has been so down (or downright bad) that I didn’t revisit the workout. Which is a shame. Something more upbeat and uplifting is better I think! Thanks for all you do. 🙂
