I wanna ask a personal question here,
I walk everyday for about 45 minutes usually going 4km or 2.2 miles or more everyday early in the morning I am at 88kg at 6ft at age 17, I wanna ask if I should or shouldn't consider dieting
I have taken out junk food from my life nearly completely I don't eat much candies if any at all, no bakery food and I eat variety of vegetables on a daily basics
Should I diet or not and if I should then could it affect my growth, I think I heard a doctor say one shouldn't diet unless he is at least 18 and optimally not before he is 19 or 20,
