God I farted so much through these workouts
Okay I just did this workout and let me tell you it fucking works wholly grail of upper booty workouts!!!! I have been in the gym for a solid amount of time and I focus on glutes and my gluteus Maximus is on point but I was never fully satisfied because my upper glutes never seem to form the way I want and this workout I can feel it exactly where I want my booty to improve! I’ve only done it for 1 week so that’s about 2x but im already impressed. I’m also a certified personal trainer however not every workout technique is taught so I happy to come across something I’ve never really thought of doing before! Thanks for this video I see this video is an older one however still relevant!

Donkey kicks? It may work for beginners but this video isn’t really for people that have been working out for a while. Body weight will not do anything for muscle growth.
