I needed this for motivation. I am 5ft 5, was 189 lbs and lost down to 160 lbs.
I felt so much better and had more energy. I have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. The inflammation is so much worse when I have the extra weight. We were blessed to be able to adopt twin boys June of last year. They were premature and had low immune system so I didn't take them out for months. We stayed indoors and I held babies all day and night. There was no exercise at all. Then the weather started getting cold and covid was all around us, so we stayed inside to protect them.
I gained every single lb back and I feel miserable. Physically and emotionally I'm drained. I'm so blessed to have these boys in my life. I'm a 48 year old Mom of 13 & Grandma of 15. I need to be healthy for myself and for them. I'm going to start today, to make a better life for myself, my children and my grandchildren!
My goal weight is 140lbs. I'm currently at 189 lbs, so I have a long way to go. I CAN do this!

I almost tear up not gonna lie 🥹 i been struggling with my weight and specially with my eating, im only 5’2 and probably weight around 145 pounds which it might not sound too bad but it is, im actually overweight. I used to weight 126 and felt great about myself, all my clothes used to fit and i just loved myself. I used to be really active at the gym i felt great about myself, then I got married and boom 💥 gain weight lol i mean im not blaming it at my marriage because marriage is beautiful but i did let myself go. But Im at the point now where i don’t even like taking pictures because of my face cheeks, i feel insecure 😕 i know we have to love ourselves no matter what but anyone going through the same would understand. But i just wanted to say, great video, great tips ❤is time for a change now, i believe in myself i know i got this 💪🏼

Im 33, 5’9 and need to lose 50 pounds of fat to start. Maybe even 70. My diet is hard and I need help to quit drinking.
Instead of intermittent fasting I eat two meals instead of three. I use myfitnesspal to track calories and nutrients. I also follow the plate rule. 1/2 veggies, 1/4 protein, 1/4 carbs for each meal. If you eat a slice of pizza you can eat a big salad with some protein. Or you can add a ton of veggies and protein TO the pizza. This helps create balance.

Oh and another good tip for the people who really aren’t motivated to workout, try going on walks around your neighborhood/park/school/etc. bc that’s what my fatass is doing and I’m loving it. And bc I’m loving my walking, I’m going on more than one and for longer.
