Day 1: Definitely felt it in my quads and glutes. Going to take a measurement tomorrow so i can track growth!
Day 2: rest day but i measured 37.5 inches!
Day 3: I forgot to do this workout today, i had a very busy day but i’m gonna do it tomorrow.
Day 4: Felt really good and my legs were very shakey after 😭 Will continue tomorrow

1. day- my legs are shaking and i’m
sweating, but i think i could feel the burn more so tomorrow i need to work on my posture
2. day- oml i just woke up but i FEEL the burn, idk if today is going to be a rest day or not UPDATE i did workout today and man i think i’ll die tomorrow but i am proud
3. day- i took a rest day so hopefully next day will be without pain 😭
4. day- it is a little bit less painful but i still shake a lot
You should not arch your lower back while doing glute bridges. You are supposed to push your naval toward your spine, so your back is narrow. This way it is also more effective.

For butts, I really don't like squats because I don't want to have that bull-like, wrestler-like lower legs. I want to have my own butt exercise that gives me really well-rounded, well lifted big butt while having strong but dainty legs.
