I've been starting do skipping since a week ago but my feet always feel so sore arter i did it and the sore last until almost 2 days. Then i found your video and always do cool down stretch after my workout. It's so simple yet it's so affective for me!! My feet never feel sore anymore and i can do my workout routine better than before now. Thank you!! ^^
