Do you have the 6 week plan available WITHOUT the extended year access? Say for a reduced price? Only the 6 weeks diet plan for someone who canβt afford the current rateβ¦.

How much protein do you suggest for someone to eat on a daily basis? Iβm on a plant based focused diet, the most protein I can get from plant based foods is 70grams. I canβt eat more than what Iβm eating now because of the high volume, otherwise Iβm feeling uncomfortable π€’

Great information. I like to snack and enjoy treats, other than fruit; such as ice cream (Hagen Daz–vanilla, chocolate chip, strawberry), I don't eat these things regularly, but there are times when I want something sweet . So, any suggestions for this?
