What type of rice did you use? Also in the video you would make it sound like you were estimating the amount “about 1 1/2 cups of rice” so I measure or just estimate aswell

I truly love following you and your recipes are amazing! I decided to go vegan due to overwhelming stomachs. I have been eliminating foods and food groups for a while but never thought I could go all the way vegan. YOU made it so much easier!!! I stumbled on your channel today. Feeling really grateful I did. I’ve been on a whole food pescatarian journey for about 3 months. I have lost 20 lbs but am at a stop in weight loss. Lately I’ve been discouraged and craving more food than I want to eat. Mostly sweets and carbs 🤦🏼♀️ after browsing your videos I have new meal ideas and am hopeful that this slum will soon pass!
