Over the last few weeks, I've tried out lots of 20 minute work out videos and so far, this is the best. Short breaks, doable exercises, clear instructions.
I still come back to this workout, one of my faves-legs bums and tums but not easy 😂😂🔥

4 months ago when I was diagnosed as diabetic this would have been beyond the realms of my imagination and now I'm smashing it and getting non diabetic readings on my HBA1C, loving fitness 💕💕💕

It's hard to choose, but this may be one of my favorites. And just adding my voice to the others. I used to go to the gym 5 days a week for different work out classes which I loved. When lock down hit, I was so depressed from not working out with others and couldn't motivate myself. Then somehow I discovered your videos. You really saved me from a deep depression. I have ENORMOUS GRATITUDE for you!!!

I have parkinson's and desperately been trying to lose the lockdown weight. I have been doing this for 2 weeks now every morning. My belly is beginning to shrink. Best thing is I can do it when my parkinson's is at it's worst. Thanks Joe x
Started “doing Joe” in January, the 2021 Kickstarter. Started doing just ten minutes, did 40 minutes today (this one and a 20 min abs and cardio one). Still cannot quite believe my progress.

This was a great bolt-on after a quick punishing 10 minute Bodycoach HIIT. Kept my heart going reasonably fast with the squats and not much rest, and having some exercises we don't see all the time was a nice change. Plus the lush scenery – a great workout, thanks Joe.
