Hi guys! In today’s session we’re working both on and off the ball to improve our acceleration, deceleration, change of direction and overall football fitness.
The cones I used are 8 wide steps apart between each corner, with one cone in the middle (use shoes, socks, water bottles if you don’t have cones).
Complete each exercise 4 times, 2 in each direction, resting for 30 seconds to a minute between each one.
Below are time stamps for each drill:

Michael, whenever I get the ball my instinct is to pass it, with as little touches as possible. This happens even when I have open space and I should dribble or when ther is no pass lane and I should feint or move around. These ideas never come to me at the moment. How can I improve this on my own?
