I have sciatica and hip pain. A 5 minute exercise video for that would be great!
These 5 minute workouts are the best thing ever for busy weekdays! I find that even when I don’t think I have enough time in the morning, I say to myself “Well, just 5 minutes” – then when I finish, I pick another 5 minute segment, and maybe another. I might do one midday for a work computer break. Later on in the day, I think “I’ll do 5 minutes before bed”, and oh well, I can do 5 minutes more…. It’s just brilliant! I’m working out more frequently now throughout the day. These are just really convenient! Thank you!! 🎉🙏👍
Do you have any exercises for the lower back?
wonderful work out my shoulders feel stronger too i like the move where you move arms like flapping wings another awesome workout thank you so much I never thought I'd feel this strong at 61

So enjoying these 5-minute workouts Lucy! I was getting really flabby with low muscle tone. I work in a sedentary job now and am building several of your 5-minute workouts into my day. Already feeling the benefits! I also like the fact that the tone of the videos is calm and relaxed, without a lot of hype or silly music. Nice.

The thing I love about this work out and some of your other five minute is that there are no repeater exercises it keeps things interesting and fun

Hi Lucy! Thank you so much for these 5 minutes workouts. I'm just getting back into working out at home and love the short routines you created for us. First of all because they are short and can fit into the fullest of days. Also they are challenging but doable without total exhaustion. Second of all, I like that the warm up and after stretch is included and that there are no reps.
Could you create such a fun 5 minute inner thigh workout?

Hi Lucy I'm 58 and would love to see a 5 min workout for face and neck I started doing your workouts in Jan 2021. With eating healthy lost 32 lbs. I feel great look great and I'd like to keep my face and neck in shape to. If that's a possibility 🤔 for you to do a workout for that. It would be appreciated. Thank you
