Thank you so much for this! I know this is supposed to be for 50+, but I'm 23 and have chronic illnesses, FND and PPPD. They severely affect my mobility, balance and lots of other things. I've gained a lot of weight where it has stopped me from working out and has also made my muscles and joints really weak. I just tried this and it was perfect! Perfect length, made me work but not too hard, and didn't up my symptoms! Thank you so much, I hope I can continue to do this at least once a week from now on xx

I need some exercises for inner thighs. Ones where I can sit down. I. Disabled and have to have ones I can sit down and do . I have a very bad back and neck.

In building balance, holding onto a piece of equipment may be necessary to avoid a fall.
