I'm confused! This is a good video overall but how can leg circles be included in a video to lose weight?
I mean, it shows variety but that exercise right there does nothing to elevate your heart rate or act as cardio

I decided to do this challenge from today, I weigh 70 kg's and I need to loose some. Hope this challenge will help me.
Day one: I could do only up to 3rd set's 1st exercise
Day two: I could do only upto 3rd set's 3rd exercise(It was hard for me….having a mental breakdown but It'll be okay…making my future self will be proud)

Does anybody have any recommendations on how to do similar workouts with GERD? I want to get a good workout in but am constantly fighting the feeling of wanting to puke from GERD.
